Hi all - looking around through the subreddit here I've seen a number of reports of players who are having issues with trying to log in. I just wanted to take a moment and try to clear this up so you all knew what was going on. When we perform maintenance and issue out a patch - any location that has not yet patched will not be able to log into a region that has already patched. This can get a bit confusing because we don't patch all the regions at the same time. Typically, North America will patch first - when that happens, NA game clients are able to log into North America once patching has concluded, but would not be able to log into a different region (like EU) until that region has patched.

What causes some concern is that it's not immediately easy to tell which region you had the game client downloaded for, but what you can do if you're still having difficulties logging in today, is to click the little arrow next to your log in name (email) at the log in screen, and then on the left you'll see a regional selector. Click that and try out the various regions, and you should find that you can still log into the one for your own region, provided that maintenance there has concluded.
