Just replayed HotS campaign and this still bugs me...

Spoilers if you haven't played yet but...
Why was Kerrigan transformed back exactly as she was when she was OG Queen of Blades? Wouldn't being free of Amon's influence, along with claiming the primordial power of Zerus, be enough to make her transcend what she'd been before? Or was that what Blizz was going for - "Surprise! She's been like this the whole time!"
What a wasted opportunity to take her powers to the next level and let us see her final form.
Just. Ugh.
