I cannot install Starcraft II or other games on my computer.
I open the battle.net app, go to SCII, click install. Then the screen that lets me choose the directory with the “start install” button freezes for about 10 minutes. Finally, 10 minutes later, that screen comes up. I click “start install” and it just says waiting. It stays at waiting indefinitely. I tried waiting 2 hours and it was still at waiting. If I close the app, I will get the “battle.net is sleeping error.” At that point I go into program files and see that a scII folder was created but it has nothing in it. I have to delete the folder to get battle.net to work properly after that but still have nothing installed.

Things I’ve tried:

1. Restarting my computer
2. Reinstalling battle.net
3. Clearing app data, local app data, and program data
4. Downloading the Starcraft II installer manually and trying to install it that way

Has anyone encountered and solved this problem?
