Hi Roberts Space Industries,

I am contacting you in regards to receiving a refund for the total amount that I have spent on your game ($160.00). The paypal invoice ID's, Transaction ID,s and date of purchase will be provided below.

I am requesting this refund as I have not received a finished product within a reasonable time frame and I feel that I have been lied to in terms of the quality, performance, and due dates/release dates of the game. I have checked with my attorney and he has encouraged that I write to you and request a full refund for an incomplete product with, based on its tracked record, no definitive release date.

The following includes the information for each transaction ID:
