"Star Citizen has stopped running unexpectedly"

This happens every time i click Launch in the launcher.

What is going on?

I tried verifying, i tried restarting my PC, i tried running as administrator, i tried compability modes, i have the latest nvidia drivers, latest windows update (running windows 10 64 bit) directx, etc, etc... and i have no USER folder to delete and my CPU supports AVX. I have also tried reinstalling, (deleting the folders and everything in appdata that is star citizen related)

My specs:

GTX 1080

I7 3770K (Ivy Lake)

16GB DDR3 Ram

SSD

It told me that i meet all system requirements.

How do i fix this? I am of course on 3.12.
