Hey all,
I received this message in my email from a concierge ticket today:

Hey everyone,
Thank you for your patience during this busy period.
This is an update to let you know that your automated un-melt tool is now in development! This means that, once released, you will be able to restore your old pledges without any assistance from a CS agent.
As such, Customer Service can no longer action un-melt requests and you are advised to await the un-melt tool's launch.
Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy period.
If your ticket is in relation to UEC/Voyager Direct (VD) "reclaimings"; please be advised that all Voyager Direct purchases are permanent and cannot be reclaimed. We are looking into our options for this but cannot confirm anything at this stage. Your VD items are persistent and will still be available for use, trade or re-sale in the persistent universe at release.
If your ticket is regarding upgrade reversals/removals we are very sorry, but all upgrades are permanent and we are not able to reverse them once applied. These pledges are still reclaimable for store credit and the amount received is the cumulative value of the base pledge plus any applied upgrades.
Regards Patrick & The Team*
TLDR; As predicted, CIG is going to include un-melting as a built-in & automated website feature. Does not apply to Voyager Direct store.
