Game nearly unplayable for us

Hi me and a few friends bought Star citizen a few days ago and it has since become completely unplayable for us problems ranging from just falling to death through the hab units or stations and I have became soft locked by a ship I tried to spawn via my hanger it proceeded to start glitching out and the hover up into the ceiling out of reach and now I can’t spawn anything in the and closing and reopening the game has not fixed it.
