Hello there! I just accepted an offer for a SM position after being able to leave my last place of employment.
I've got around 7 years of management experience in retail, from specialized medical sales to big box electronics/office equipment.
Thankfully both the recruiter and the local leadership seem like genuine people.
I'm looking for both tips for my own success as well as tips that current partners would have to their SM. What could they be doing better? What are they doing that is great?
I'm excited to join the community!
