I feel like Iād use my partner discount more often if I didnāt feel kinda ashamed to be a 320ā¦ā¦.. like, I ordered one drink and one food item and told this SB at the window that I wanted to pay using my partner number/mark out, and when I got there, I still had to pay. I felt anxious as hell to ask if they did the ābeverage and food markout thing,ā and being a 320, I just felt it off that partnerās face how annoyed they seemed. I still paid and that was it. I just felt really bad and like a nuisance; I didnāt ever say anything or have a tone
Thereās just so many stories or posts about how awful 320s are, and it just makes me feel bad that Iām part of that group/generalization. Yeah, I wasnāt here when it all started or even in the āgood ole days,ā but Iām not awfulāa lot of us arenāt. A lot of us wanted to work at SB since a long time ago but only just got the chance because everywhere is understaffed:/ itās like you arenāt even being hired because youāre wanted, youāre just needed to do the job.
