Does Anyone else’s eye twitch when a customer orders a caramel ribbon crunch or a mocha cookie crumble and you ask them “would you like the crème or coffee base” and they look you dead in the face and say “the normal kind” so after you explain to them that it can be made 2 different ways they still say “the normal way” 🙄🤦🏻♀️ these customers make me wanna pull my hair out sometimes
“If they didn’t mention it then they don’t need crème base blah blah”
Not true at all. Lots of customers expect us to be fucking mind readers and know that they like it crème base or it’s for the kid and needs to be crème base or they think it only comes without coffee or whatever. I ask because it makes my job easier not having to debate and remake shit🤌🏼
