I have key holder who is way late as of right now. Figured while I'm waiting I would ask my wonder. I'm sitting in my car I was scheduled to be in at 4:30 it looks like we may not get in the store until up wards of 5:30-6am do I still get paid for that time? I wasn't in the restaurant but I sure as hell was ready and it's not fair for my pay to be docked cus I was here but I didn't work so thoughts?
