I have been with starbucks since March 2021 and it was my very first job ever! Its been a long ride but honestly Im so burnt out of this job. ive been a shift for half the time of being there and I just cant do it anymore. Im not passionate about this job anymore and I hate being responsible for other people. I know I can do my job perfectly but being ignored when i tell someone to do something or when people take their time to do a certain task when im over here stressing out is just not for me anymore. I got a job at a vet clinic where im not going to be paid as much but i will be getting more hours, plus its somewhere where i can see myself grow. I just feel bad cause we just got a new manager and a lot of ppl are quitting but at the same time i feel like I have a weight lifted off my shoulder. Im ready to start a new chapter in my life
