Trying to Unionize my store, need help and advice.

i’m a new ssv at a pretty popular location. our store manager has been screwing us over pretty badly and only seems to really be out for themselves. i’ve been pushing the idea of unionizing since i was hired about 8 months ago, but only recently does it seem to really be sinking in with my partners. we are located in washington state. im trying to be as lowkey as possible, only talking with people i trust. advice on where to go from here?
