I snapped at a SSV today, I felt horrible afterwards but I felt so overwhelmed. I had a long line of customers and a bunch of food items and I was stressed and she told me to brew coffee and I said "I'm busy right now"! I apologized a lot afterwards because I know she wasn't trying to overwhelm me. It's not her fault that we don't have enough people or trainers or experienced staff. I'm so so tired, and I only work 32 hours a week, any advice on how to handle stressful situations like this without showing emotion like this?
