Small rant: I love when customers come at me with this for a multitude of reasons. One specific example that comes to mind was someone asking their donut to be heated up. I told him we can't heat up anything with icing on it and he hits me with this. First of all: Which store did it it? Because it wasn't us. Our manager is actually great at keeping a standardized method to everything (almost to a fault she's micro managy) Second of all: Name the barista and I'll have a talk with them because we shouldn't be doing that. Third of all: I don't care even if we did, I'm not continuing the bad habit. It ends with me and I'm not doing it (which is what I told him). Finally: Its a small thing, idc if your donut is heated or not tbh. But we're busy and understaffed (covid) can't you see we have 4 baristas with a drive thru line wrapped around the building a huge line of people behind you? Take your crappy donut and get out of line. Stop wasting my time!
