Does anyone happen to know the calories/ grams of sugar in: a pump of frappuccino base a pump of skinny mocha a pump of regular syrup (i know they are all about the same...) a pump of milk chocolate sauce
My friend has diabetes and I like to make her fun drinks that have less than 20 grams of sugar. She’s dying to try the new s’mores so I’m trying to find ways to make some kind of cold s’mores drink that is light on coffee and doesn’t have too much sugar for her. I’m getting frustrated because Starbucks isn’t super transparent with the nutrition facts of individual ingredients, and the labels nor my fellow partners are much help! Thus, I turn to the internet. If you have any information or suggestions, that would be fantastic! Even educated guesses are more than I have right now. Thanks in advance, guys <3
