Hey y’all, I’m here to pass on a question from a friend who’s a shift and also a barista trainer. She was too new to post it herself. Lemme know what you guys think!

“hey guys I have a question about the barista training policy. At my store currently, we have a new hire, but three people training her. Do we all get the trainer bonus? The other two “trainers” excluding myself aren’t even barista trainers (they haven’t even taken any barista training) but they’re scheduled to train the new person. I want to make sure that we all get the bonus if we’re all going to be training the same person, because I don’t feel like it’s fair for my two partners to be put in this situation with no training and no bonus. And for clarification I was going to say that One person is training her on reg, the other is training her on espresso, and I’m training her on everything else. Does anybody know what the official rule is on that?”
