So I have been ordering triple grande mochas for like 100 years and all of a sudden this year its being defaulted to the Frappuccino? I went to an actual Starbucks twice and ordered a triple grande mocha and I noticed both times (drive thru screen and in store) they selected Frappuccino or started writing on the clear plastic cup and I had to say no sorry, a hot mocha not cold. Then it happened again at a Starbucks in a Barnes and Noble! So I asked the girl at BN if I was ordering wrong and this kept happening to me. She said yes you just have to specify that you want the hot one.
Is this the case?? I’m just so confused because I’ve never ever had to say “the hot one” and I feel like an idiot doing so. What’s going on! Mocha conspiracy.
