Three hours before the store opened, the water main exploded right in front of the store. The whole street was flooded so was the store when I came in. So I took the mop and took care of the water situation while my barista prepped the store for opening. My SM arrived 1 hour after that. We then realize that the whole street don't have running water except for us. We got slammed with customers. So the whole day goes by and then my SM leaves.

Half an hour later, QASA shows up. At this point I want to go die peacefully in a corner. She does her audit. We got 82%! Considering that my SM was gone on military leave for the past 3 months and that we had 3 different SM during that time including 2 weeks where we didn't have any SM at all, it's a fucking success.

Oh and also, I have the worst summer cold I ever had in my life.
