I work at a mallbux and we recently got a new SM. She's made several mistakes including throwing away tips and not offering compensation. Recently she's been scheduling me less because a shift complained that I was being slow. I admit that on that day I was being slow but it was because I had come out as gay and moved out of my homophobic parent's house. She redid the entire store schedule to take me off of closing for me to "improve my speed" she cut my hours from 30 to 22. Because of this I began asking around the mall if people were hiring. The apple store is so I applied there but it can take months for them to actually hire people. She doing out about it and said that I need to have more loyalty to the store and this coming week she cut my hours to 12. I'm not sure if she breaking rules or not and this is really more of a rant/vent. Thank you for listening guys
