Is there a Starbucks sub for employees only?

Just curious. I like to talking to customers and everything but... hearing customers bitch about how WE bitch about customers... is just taxing. I want a place I can talk to people who get it, without input from those who can't get it and only get butt hurt about our venting or just talking.
Ps. I'm on my phone and my grammar and formating will blow.
