Original Recipes?

I spend a lot of my off-time trying out new recipes and stuff. I've made my boyfriend specialty "pumpkin pie lattes" that turned him into an espresso drink person, and I'm working on "tiramisu" and "Oreo" flavored Frappuccinos.
Two questions:
- I can't just hold onto these! They have ridiculous potential. What should I do with them? Sites, give them to customers, blogs, send them to Starbucks? (I'm pretty sure Starbucks technically owns them anyway per guidelines.)
- Favorite existing recipe? I don't know too many of them.
