Jeez man, Iāve been at this location for less than a year, the team is separated into cliques and nobody knows the difference bettween ācoachingā and micromanaging, itās not just me, everyoneās quitting, everytime I do something there is some correction or new rule, and rules that are situational but there is no communication on the situation, just sass, I almost wanna ask which foot should come first when walking into the store, this isnāt my first job, but itās my first time at a Starbucks and the immaturity level is crazy. Until the other day itās been months since I was told āgood jobā or āthank you for the hard workā but a matter of minutes before the next correction or change of rules. Managers and supervisors whispering about others on the floor, Iāve talked to my boss multiple times, so have other people.
