Hey fellow Starbucks, friends Iām a barista, and Iāve been working since February for Starbucks, but I originally came from Peteās 10 years as a store manager! When I needed it is just fine a job to make some extra money I picked Starbucks cause I thought it would be fun. I thought it would be coffee and I thought it would give me the extra money I needed! Ever since starting in a real Starbucks not one in store I feel like, Iāve made a big mistake. My question is if I refuse to comment on my daily, is that something that Starbucks is gonna fire me for? Iām having a lot of trouble with a shift lead sheās 20 think she knows everything very passive aggressive super rude, even her stepped in and tried to give her coaching. She doesnāt listen she doesnāt pay attention. She just does what she wants. Iām tired of hercomment doesnāt matter how busy we are how rushed we are she thinks this is the most important aspect of her job! Iām tired of stopping in the middle of something to comment something stupid in a post or to āset a goalā Iām not a sl or sm i just wanna go to work do it and leave!
