Writing this on my 10, I have been through some pretty hard shifts, but I truly don’t understand what happened today, not Christmas, not New Year’s, not Thanksgiving, nothing could compare to what I just went through today. I love this company and I have made it my absolute number one priority to emphasize customer connections, and I am one of the fastest bars in my entire city, but i JUST DONT GET IT. I don’t understand how despite is being able to get you from the speaker box and out the window within 42 seconds with your four drinks and two food items, we can’t afford three partners on the floor during this stupid ass promo!! Not our manager, or the proxy, or the district manager picked up the phone. We wanted to call to turn off mobile orders because it was two of us making everything going out of that cafe, (SSV, barista)
I just don’t get it. Why the labor cuts. What are we doing wrong that we don’t deserve 3 people I don’t get it
