Hey friends, US partner here. I’m trying to change my availability on the work jam app and cannot figure it out. When I got hired I was very clear I couldn’t work more then 20-21 hours a week, as I need to be part time. I was told I had to work 24 (which is strange because online is says a minimum of 12 per week) to keep a job, so I’ve figured out how to make it work.

However I’m consistently called in early or asked to stay later, and for some reason next week I have like 36 hours which is way off what I can work, I mentioned it to my SM she said oh yeah I know I’m sorry, but didn’t change anything. I said it’s fine I’ll deal that week but I really cannot work more than what I stated at hire. She tells me, I know I’m sorry I got you.

So why next week after next week, is it almost the same 36 hours and a whole ass day I said I couldn’t work at all because my kid has a specialist Dr apt it took kk the to get… so now I need to make it impossible to set my schedule more then my availability
