Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else has heard that if you request like 2 days off you are required to take vacation time and if you don't have enough vacation time then you can't be off. Was just informed and it's never been like that so i was just curious to see if anyone else does this. We are not allowed to take unpaid vacation, only if we need like 1 day off to see a doctor or something that requires just a day off. If this is not a policy or if this is just not right, is there any way I should go about this?
