No Starbucks in area will hire me…

So context…
In August 2022 I started college and my schedule for classes basically left me with no time to study because of work so I decided to quit. My manager told me that she would rehire me when I apply again in the Spring. Well ever since than every time I’ve applied to go back to Starbucks including the 2 other locations they decline my application. I know they are hiring cause I constantly see them interviewing when I go to order.
I really don’t know what to think of this.
