Post Body

A week ago i had my absolutist worst day ever. We were slammed with cafe orders, mobile orders, deliveries, and drive thru orders. we had five people. it was peak and i just got back from a 10. we had one person on drive one on ovens/brewing coffees two people on bar. (not sure if they were doing drive thru/mobile bar or hot bar/cold bar. all i know was that it was PACKED in the lobby. i was packing delivery orders when a lady who comes almost every day and complains about her venti hot 7 pump white mocha with an extra shot not being made right. (she is extremely rude every single time and she complains about the drink being made wrong at least 90% of the time. she yells at me saying we are sitting around talking and doing nothing and just lazy. (we were all busy doing something) she cusses me out and i walk away after not getting help from my store manager when i ask her to help. i have to keep my job so i cant say anything. she gets her drink made and goes about her day. why do i have to constantly deal with being degraded by a customer while she gets what she wants? it makes me feel like im not even human.
