Has anyone else had this experience?

Hey! So when I got hired on I absolutely loved the majority of the people I worked with. But then tenured partners started dropping like flies and all the new hires have been increasingly toxic, with the exception of maybe one or two people. It's gotten to the point that if I weren't transferring soon, I would be looking for a new job. I just want to know if this is just like a "my store" thing or if this is an overall Starbucks thing
