Hey! So I'm moving states in two months and the cost of living is so high where I'm moving that I only think I'll be able to survive on ssv pay. I talked to my sm about this back in November of last year and she told me she would promote me to barista trainer after Thanksgiving. Then it was after Christmas. And then after new years. The she took a loa and neither of the managers that covered her scheduled me the training. After she came back I brought this up to her and she just gave me the same excuses she had giving me multiple times before. It now mid June and I still haven't been scheduled the barista trainer training and I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to promote in August because I'm not qualified. What am I supposed to do about this, like do I bring it up to my dm? Long story short, I was told multiple times I was going to be scheduled barista trainer training and was blown off for 7 months.
