Ideas for generic chalkboard (not seasonal/themed)

I got asked to do the chalk board in the lobby, I dont think its going to be changed very often. My manager said just to include the store name and I can do whatever I want with the rest
The openness of the task is making me so paralyzed lol. Like something seasonal I would know what to do but not sure what else to have it say if its just gonna be up all the time.. anyone have any advice?
