MLR 8.3 - Reverting Vodka to its original function?

Basically, what the title says. I've been playing for a while and not having Vodka (nor a replacement) for the Vodka on the zone is mostly a game breaker for me, at least on the first steps of the game.
I've found the "items.ltx" file, with the "[vodka]:booster_script" value, and the "boost_telepat_protection = 0.003" set up, but I can't find the original values anywhere, so, any help here?
