CoC: Don't talk to the bandit leader guy in skadovsk.

I was looking for work in skadovsk, so I go to the big bad bandit and try to talk to him, he looks at, I press F again and he gets up, pulls out a deagle and kills me in one shot, while everyone else continues enjoying their drinks.
