Hello!

I asked some time ago about good mods to revisit the original Stalker and ended up installing Autumn Aurora. I made it until the Wild territory mission (In which you have to escort that scientist out of a merc ambus), but I found an old bug I thought I was able to avoid.

Right now, I can't advance in any direction: Going for secondary missions pops new missions which leads to crash, advancing in the story (The Wild Territory mission) leads to crash, so all I can do now is uninstall everything and fuck this particular version of the mod.

So, I'm facing a uninstall after wasting several hours, followed by a reinstall to re-play the game again and, as you can understand, I'm looking towards a (mostly) bug-free play-through.

I haven't seen a single reference to the "lot of quests bugs the game" bug I had in the Autumn Aurora moddb page. Does anyone knows anything about this? Someone tried the new version?

I'm even willing to try other (bug free) mods to avoid this problem to happen again. Small changes, balances (I got REALLY tired of the quick respawn of the enemies and their impressive aim through bushes, so anything in the direction of fix this would be great) are really welcome.
