shader compilation failed HELP!

as the title states this is the error i get whenever i try to launch anomaly. i have enhanced shaders, atmospherics, and the screen space shaders update. as well as the updated exes. i meticulously followed all instructions made sure the load order was correct etc but nothing i do can get these 3 mods to work. the error i get when i look at the log is failed to load shader param 8. i have no idea what that is or how to fix it. any insight at all would be very helpful TIA. ps heres my error log
