Pretty much what the title says. Do y’all take any supplements / vitamins daily to keep a healthy and active lifestyle? If so, What?

Do you need to check with a doc before getting them? Most doctors say it’s unnecessary! (I have asked) :|
(I’m 27 and i feel lazy and no energy during the day. Also finds it hard to focus during work. Have checked blood glucose, Cholesterol etc but all normal. I dont eat much sugar or fast and fancy food either. Looking to find something that will make me feel energized!)
