How much do you need to earn to live “your comfortable life” in Sri Lanka?

Pretty much what the title says. How much should you earn monthly to live a comfortable life in Sri Lanka? You guys can define what your “comfortable life” is.
Also, these are the scenarios i see myself getting into in the near future.
- Buying a Vehicle.
how much should you at least earn to be able to afford to buy a vehicle (lets say the budget is around 5Mn) and maintain.
- Buying a land / expanding the parents house Budget lets say around 50 - 100 lakhs.
I want to know how much i should be earning to go with these scenarios (not together) and live a stress free life.
