Just wanted to know if anyone here would be interested in maybe setting up a monthly SRE Online meetup where people discuss their challenges and strategies around providing reliability and scalability to their respective tech stacks.
About me; I am a Lead Site Reliability Engineer for a medium/large third-party logistics company and have gotten to this place in my career after making the move from QA --> Load and Performance Testing --> DevOps --> SRE --> Lead SRE. Through that journey I've had the pleasure of working with some very smart people and have been able to better understand systems in general. Since becoming a lone SRE in my position, I've grown to miss some of the dialogue and lessons learned/shared with other SREs, so I'd very much like to get in touch with some more!
Let me know what you guys think!
