Any tips for planning a squish meet?

Hi friends! My brother (10 y/o) has recently gotten into collecting and he had so much fun at the first two squish meets we attended! We recently attended another but just barely arrived before it was closing, and my brother had the idea to host one ourselves. He’s very excited about the idea, so I told him I would look into it. Does anyone have any advice on planning squish meets?
