Removing smells from squish

Hey y'all I just got purchased some pre-loved squishmallows for the first time and was wondering if anyone has tips on how to remove the scent? I'm really sensitive to sensory stimuli and get overwhelmed very easily. It doesn't smell bad or strong it just smells like somebody else's house and it makes me uncomfortable 😖
