So, probably late to the party on this one, but I will share my thoughts. Trey actually commented about the glass Bridge saying Ashley in fact never agreed to the terms. He went on to defend Ashley, even saying they went out for a drink after the fact. That to me shows his character, one of kindness, perhaps even to the point of naive.
But back to the point-- you see, both he and Ashley claim that she never agreed to the 50/50 rule. The thing is, though, she did agree to it once it benefitted her, so i still can't fathom how anyone defends her.
