Poor plus video at best, but this happened to my squarebody and I'm not sure what's causing it.

I dropped the steering column to replace the ignition switch, during which I somehow did something with the shifting mechanism that doesn't let it shift into most of the gears when running.
A spring snapped in half and dropped from the steering column, which came from where the shifter goes in the steering column.
