Where's the same day delivery?

Today's not a holiday, and even if it was it should just roll over to the next business day but the option isn't even there. Just standard delivery. I even used an address in Montreal to see if my area had been removed but even with the Montreal address it wasn't there.
Anybody know? I hope it's just temporary.
