How long does spydercos warrenty take to send replacement parts out?

So i emailed them july 11 and got a responce fairly quick and was told they ship out in a week but it been almost a month and nothing i called last week amd was told they were shipped out? For insight im in florida and i know there in co but a box shouldnt take that lomg in the mail?
