Actually incredibly tasty, but WOW I had no idea how our cashew chicken looked to someone who's not lived in the Springfield area their whole life like I have.

We moved away from spfd nearly ten years ago and have lived in two different towns in those ten years. Every Chinese restaurant we’ve tried since leaving has been a massive disappointment. Every time we visit back home we always make sure to grab Hong Kong Inn (and Andy’s 🍦) and feast like it’s our last meal 😅 Glad you enjoyed your meal! There’s just nothing like Springfield Chinese food.
