hi i need help urgently with this spreadsheet any help will be appreciated i am very sure it features v or h lookup thanks

i need help with the management fee in specific terms i am meant to take the data from the management fee sheet and by using formula of a type of which i do not know (either IF Statement, v lookup or h lookup) It's One Of These 3 And I Cant Get Any Of Them To Work, the final result needs to go in the quote sheet where the management fee cell is.
