How do i filter/exclude a given text result from an array?

This seems like a very simple operation, but after scouring the internet for quiet a while, I'm not sure what the simplest solution would be.

In one column, I have a list of unique text entries. I want to array the exact same column, but cut out each instance of a certain entry.

So, for example, if I want to exclude the word, "Secondary" from the list in column A, and list the result in Column B so that it looks like Column C, what would be the best way to go about doing that?

Here is the test document.

In my actual work, there will be significantly more entries, but the idea here is precisely the same.

Thanks!
