Tech question re porting playlists from iTunes

Hi friends - was hoping someone might have an answer to a tech question: as a slightly older millennial *cough*, I've got an enormous iTunes library with tens of thousands of songs collected since college that I'd love to somehow automatically port to Spotify, but have scoured the web and can't find any way to do this. Does anyone know if this is at all possible, versus spending weeks manually finding songs one by one to add to my existing Spotify playlists? Thank you in advance for any thoughts!
