As consequence for keeping my bike out side for many years, it's finally time to change the shifting rod. The teeth that hook to the shift lever are now smooth. I'm going to try to get to it this next coming weekend. Anyone have any experience in doing this job. I'm going to change the oil and gaskets while am at it. Anything else I should do? If you know any videos to prepare myself for what I'm getting myself into would be greatly appreciate. I'm riding a 2007 883.
